Meet Your Guide, Lisa Taylor

Lisa Taylor is a multi-dimensional guide: holistic life coach, postpartum doula, healer, yoga teacher, and business owner.

She has been through the challenges of mastering the business-owner lifestyle, firsthand.  While building a successful business, many life-changing experiences quickly hit her including overnight parenting, divorce, moving across the state, and death which opened up her path to personal spiritual self-discovery and acknowledgment of her spiritual gifts.

She knows how to confront internal traumas, work to address them and heal to move forward feeling empowered. 

It was no surprise coming from a family of healers that Lisa’s true calling was to help guide other people to claim their own true desires to live a complete and balanced life. Her mom, grandmother, and aunts are all natural healers and she has undergone many initiations into the spiritual world by her ancestors, and spirit guides. 

With a passion to learn more and help other high-achievers experience a balanced life, she continued taking coursework to refine her practice. 

Lisa guides and facilitate change. She works with people that feel overstretched from taking in so much energy from others and are left drained with a lack of self-worth, and a lower frequency of life. She guides transformation with a holistic viewpoint- mind, body, heart, and soul.
