Thanks for being here and reading through this newsletter.

Appreciate you!

The modern world is really difficult. We are full of worry, fear and uncertainty.

Depression and anxiety are common in all age ranges – 6 year olds to 60 year olds.

The access to information makes this a challenging balance to negotiate. On the one hand, we want to be informed about global and local things.

On the other hand, it’s easy to go overboard and over consume all of the available information.

When we log into our social media accounts, we are bombarded with tweets telling us something bad is coming; Instagram posts selling us something that is completely unnecessary, and watching the news and election results cause even more anxiety and fear.

Sometimes its hard to know when to stop.

The solution lies within. We all have an internal compass that we can trust to guide and us to what’s best or worst for us.

All we have to do is slow down and listen to its guidance.

This is our intuition.

What is intuition?

Intuition is an accurate and verifiable/useable type of intelligence that does not require conscious reasoning.

It has as much value as logical, tangible knowledge, yet, as it remains in the unseen realm, and it is underdeveloped in most people, therefore it is difficult for many to grasp onto using this type of knowledge.

I like to verify my intuition with physical or tangible evidence. In this video, I will show you how.

To deal with the modern world of too much information; to know what is accurate and what is illusion and to manage worry and anxiety.

Watch more about how to strengthen your intuition here…

I’d love to hear from you.

Please comment, share and reply back to me with any and all things that happen for you.

It’s quite a journey, and I’m right there beside you!

Best wishes & many blessings,
